Yes, physics is based on movement in general, however, what about other factors like PCOS, pregnancy, pelvic floor dysfunction, etc. that male trainers will never experience for themselves?  Even IF they are educated in these areas, how can they relate to the level of modification that needs to happen?  A lot of the time it ends up becoming a “push through the pain” mentality and that is just not what we are looking for.

Pre and Postnatal

Personal training during the pre and postnatal periods should be a uniquely supportive and empathetic experience for women. That’s where we come in.

During pregnancy, your trainer will create safe, tailored workouts to address specific needs and concerns, such as maintaining fitness, managing weight, or alleviating discomfort. They will offer emotional support and an understanding of the emotional and physical challenges of pregnancy.

In the postpartum phase, we focus on healing and rebuilding core strength, especially if conditions such as diastasis recti or pelvic floor issues are present. We foster body confidence and provide flexible scheduling to accommodate for the demands of motherhood.
