We only do our first session/Introductory Session virtually, so we can start your fitness journey as soon as you’re ready, on your schedule. During this session you will meet with one of our top trainers to make sure we are the perfect fit for you, conduct your Physical Assessment, prepare your 6-Week Plan, and assign you to the best at-home fitness coach. In some instances, we can do this first session in person if there are underlying injuries we can only assess in person (this is based on whether we provide local personal training in your area).
Feel free to check out our trainers page to see where we operate in person! Anywhere we are not in person, we provide virtual training sessions with any of our trainers. Anywhere we are in person, you have the option of either in-home or virtual training depending on your preference, goals, trainer fit, etc. We will confirm this with you during our first session together, when we match you with your trainer!
Yes, of course! We are here to support you from your initial decision all the way through your fitness journey. 99% of the time, our clients love the trainer we assign; however, if you are the 1% that is ok! We have 70+ at-home and online personal trainers on our team and are more than happy to assign someone that you feel might be a better fit. Our coaches not only have bachelor’s/master’s degrees, but they also hold current personal training certifications and specialize in all areas of fitness related to women’s health. We also train our coaches on a specific structure to follow so you will get the exact same experience with any of our coaches.
Under scope of practice, personal trainers cannot provide nutrition support, and we strongly believe in staying within scope of practice. Nothing! During your first session, we will conduct a physical assessment and movement screening. If we feel equipment is needed based on your goals, we will recommend it to you. Hold off on buying equipment until we have a chance to meet you.
Yes! As a part of our 6-Week Plans, we will talk through how many days you will be with the trainer and how many days you want to work out on your own. We will provide you with the exact workouts to follow on your own in the Klasik Fit app, so you’re never truly on your own!
We start with an initial physical assessment and functional movement screening to get an understanding of where we need to start. From there, we create a 6-Week Plan with step-by-step guidance. At the end of the 6-Week Plan, we complete another physical assessment and functional movement screening to make sure we knocked your goals out of the park, and then create your next 6-Week Plan.
