Klasik Fit’s Personal Training Options to meet your Unique Needs

So you have decided to see what your options are for Personal Training and WOW there is a lot out there to choose from.  I think of your options for fitness, kind of like restaurants….you decide you want to go out to eat, but once you start looking at your options you can’t make a decision because it’s just all so overwhelming!  At Klasik Fit, we are here to keep things simple and explain the reasoning behind why we do certain things.  Here are some behind the scenes of Klasik Fit’s Personal Training options so you can make the best decision for you!

First off, Klasik Fit Trainers are the best in the industry.  What do we mean by this?  So all Klasik Fit coaches work EXCLUSIVELY for Klasik Fit meaning they only Personal Train with us.  Why is this important?  Well, they are actual employees and not contractors so are able to provide them with the best training and resources possible to serve our clients.  We also only promote from within to leadership roles so most of our trainers are aspiring to become Regional Managers, Program Managers, Corporate Account Managers, etc.  Finally, we require ALL of our trainers to have either a Bachelor’s and/or Masters degree, a current Personal Trainer certification, as well as many of them hold additional certifications and specializations.

So onto our programs we offer….we have 3 main programs for our clients:

Personal Training (1-to-1 and 2-to-1)

Custom Workout Plans

On Demand Library

So what do each of these programs include and how do you know what’s best for you?  The programs offered are based on the level of attention you need so when determining which is best, the best way to start off is to think #1- Cost #2- How self motivated am I?

Personal Training is going to be for someone who is struggling to find accountability and consistently with working out.  Your Personal Trainer will not only meet with you on a weekly basis, but hold you accountable via the Klasik Fit app on the days you are not together.  You have the option of meeting with your trainer 1x, 2x, or 3x a week depending on your budget, availability, and fitness goals.  You will also have access to the Klasik Fit app for your trainer to assign you workout to do on your own as well as have constant communication throughout the week.

The next option available is Custom Workout Plans.  We think of this for someone that has “graduated” from Personal Training basics.  This could mean you have been consistently working out for 3-6 months on a routine schedule, you understand the mechanics of working out, and now you are ready to fly your wings and try doing it more “on your own” but still want to have a structured game plan.  The nice part about Custom Workout plans is you still work with your same trainer except just not as frequently.  You move to meeting with them bi-weekly virtually vs weekly and in between your sessions together, they have your workout plan in the Klasik Fit app ready for you to execute and follow along!  You still have open lines of communication with them to ask questions and receive the same level of support.

The last option is our On Demand Library.  This is for someone that is already working out consistently, understands the benefits of having a plan, and is ready to be fully accountable to their plan.  The On Demand Library is progressive meaning that no matter which program you do, it is meant to achieve a certain goal.  So for instance, HARD to the CORE is meant to strengthen your core and progressively get harder so by the time you complete it, you will notice changes in stability and strength of your core.
