Meet Sean,

Specialties: Kettlebells, Sports Strength and Conditioning

Raised in New England, Sean’s early life was filled with sports like hockey, lacrosse, and skateboarding, under the guidance of supportive parents who emphasized the importance of physical and mental health. His passion for fitness carried through to his service in the United States Air Force, where he became a Physical Training Leader and later the Lead Advanced Physical Training Leader for over 400 military personnel. After the military, Sean transitioned his focus to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, both competing and coaching, and also works with veterans, law enforcement, and first responders to promote fitness and martial arts as a means to combat mental stress. With a broad client base, Sean applies his military-honed skills to training, prioritizing effectiveness and adaptability over a traditional boot camp approach.

Meet Elizabeth,

Specialties: Pre- and Post-natal, 65+, Weight Loss, All Fitness Levels

Elizabeth, from Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, grew up playing sports and developed a passion for cooking, inspired by her chef father. After earning a B.S. in Nutrition and Wellness from the University of New Hampshire and becoming a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, she worked as a Nutritionist for Women, Infants, and Children, focusing on pre- and post-natal care, and led fitness programs at her local Senior Center. At Klasik Fit, Elizabeth utilizes her holistic approach to health and wellness, guiding individuals to discover their best selves through integrated fitness and nutritional guidance.

Meet Jessica,

Specialties: Strength Training, Mind Body Connection, Fitness Beginners

Growing up active, Jessica loved sports but lost interest in high school, shifting her focus towards a dream of becoming a veterinarian—a goal she later found unattainable. Stuck in an unsatisfying retail job and struggling with her body image, she tried various fad diets without success. The pandemic sparked a change in Jessica’s perspective, emphasizing mental well-being over physical appearance. Adopting healthier eating habits, taking daily walks, and engaging in home workouts led to a newfound passion for strength training and bodybuilding once gyms reopened. This journey inspired Jessica to become certified to help others, advocating for self-perception and wellness over societal beauty standards, emphasizing that feeling strong and healthy isn’t about being the smallest size, but about making sustainable lifestyle changes.
