Anna grew up in Miami and studied psychology at Nova Southeastern University. She worked her way up in hospitality management, then retail management. Throughout college and thereafter, she continued to struggle with her own weight. She moved to Orlando in 2018 and sought a different career path, not knowing exactly what she was looking for. She knew that she wanted to pursue something more fulfilling, and leave work every day feeling that she had made an impact.
She completely stumbled into fitness a couple years after moving to Orlando. In an effort to continue her own weight loss journey, she started taking fitness kickboxing classes as a fun way to lose weight and stay active. That quickly became an obsession. After ultimately losing 100lbs, she began to kickbox competitively, and found a new love in fitness. Her interest to learn more about the body and movement to enhance her own performance, developed into a passion to help others do the same. “Whether someone is looking to change their physique in order to accomplish a sports or general fitness goal, or they’re looking to lose weight for better quality of movement, I aim to not only be a coach, but a cheerleader for my clients.”
