Specializations: Strenth and Conditioning/Special Emphasis on Seniors/Active Aging, Those with Mobility Challenges, Love working with Beginners that need the non intimidating/no judgement approach to just get themselves IN to the gym!
Favorite way to get moving: I love a good warm up to ease into a workout, lots of stretching and range of motion before we start lifting, also starting to love pickleball since we moved to Florida!
Favorite workout music: Playlists are my thing - it literally can make all the difference in the mood!
Guilty Pleasure: TRAVEL -- specifically I am a Disney addict

Corbi spent the last 30 years in Nashville, TN and recently relocated to her dream state of Florida.  Who doesn’t love palm trees? Her 2 passions in life are Fitness and Travel.  She remembers exactly how intimidating walking into a gym can be, and works hard to make sure her clients always feel relaxed, comfortable, and cared for.

After an injury she sustained to her back, she became interested in learning more about how to use your daily mobility to decrease pain.  She has a special love working with anyone that has mobility challenges that require exercise modifications.  She genuinely can empathize with how not every exercise is for every person, tailoring the programming to her clients needs is something she takes to heart. Corbi believes that the lasting success of a healthy body involves balancing nutrition and movement but still being human and enjoying life’s fun moments in moderation.

While not working, Corbi and her family love to stay active together whether in the gym or frequent trips to Disney to get all of those steps in! Since moving to Florida, she also has a love for riding around her community in her golf cart and catching all the beautiful sunsets.

What Corbi loves the most, is making each client feel empowered to meet their goals.  She understands that it just starts with One session, that can build into a lifetime of wanting your body to move the best it can.
