Elizabeth grew up in a small town in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, playing sports from the age of five and continuing through high school. With a chef for a dad, she fell in love with food and cooking, deciding to pursue a career in nutrition. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a B.S. in Nutrition and Wellness, Elizabeth decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In both of her studies, she learned that overall wellness isn’t just what you do at the gym, but what you do in the kitchen as well!
Since completing her degree and certifications, Elizabeth worked for Women, Infants, and Children as a Nutritionist for pre- and post-natal women, along with their infants, and lead the fitness programming for her local Senior Center. Those experiences lead her to here to Klasik Fit, to take a holistic approach to health and wellness and guide a variety of people, like you, through their journey to find the best version of themselves!
