Erin is originally from New York’s Hudson Valley. Growing up in a very active family, her passion for working out started at a young age, when she would attend aerobics classes with her mom. After moving to Orlando, running and yoga became her main form of exercise. It wasn’t until an injury, a broken foot, that she discovered her true passion for strength training. During her recovery and still in a cast, she slowly started incorporating weights for her upper body while rehabbing her foot.
Movement had been so important in her life and now, having to change how she was working out, was something she had never considered. This change made her realize there are so many ways to move your body and one way isn’t better than the other.
After years of strength training, Erin decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer. Helping clients find a program they enjoy and are consistent with is always her main goal. She wants to show you what you’re capable of and follows a “modify and go” mindset during her sessions.
