Favorite way to get moving: Anything active! I love throwing on my headphones and going to the gym for a good weight lifting session or just walking my dog!
Favorite workout music: I'm all over the place with my music! I like to change it up depending on how I'm feeling or if I'm strength training or doing cardio. I listen to anything from reggae and punk to rap and R&B!
Guilty Pleasure: My guilty pleasure is sweets, especially homemade baked goods! I've always had a sweet tooth since I was little!

Jen has always loved being active. She grew up playing sports in school and with the neighborhood kids. Jen started going to the gym when she went to college and, once she started strength training, she was hooked! She learned more and more over the years and it became a lifestyle. Later Jen became interested in bodybuilding and competed in her first competition in 2019, placing 1st in two classes!

Throughout her life, another passion for Jen has always been helping and motivating people. She realized that health and fitness is something that so many people struggle with, whether it’s with weight loss, muscle and strength gain, or just to living a healthy lifestyle, so she decided to get her personal training certification and could not be happier with that decision!
