Jenine grew up in the Glenside area where she attended Abington High School. After high school, she went on to get a degree from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). She grew up dancing, styles ballet originally then contemporary, hip hop and more. Eventually, while at CMU she became a dance captain, it was through teaching dance she found a passion for movement and fitness. Her start in the gym was on the treadmill trying to improve my staminia enough to make it through a long, high energy dance routine without collapsing. She continued going to the gym even after that routine and learned to love mobility and strength training as well.
During her strenous semesters at CMU, she enjoyed keeping her sanity and working out was a great way to do that. She also realized the internal benefits from exercising were just as important as the external benefits. She hopes to inspire her clients to find movement that they are passion about too.
