Mariah has a deep passion and understanding in helping people discover, implement, and enjoy all areas of fitness. With a degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science and multiple areas of experience, from personal training to creating Trekking Training Guidelines for Southeastern University to her own health and fitness journey, Mariah developed a first-hand understanding of the struggles people face and how to compassionately help them move toward greater health and their fitness goals!
