How It Works
Step 1: Consult
We are here and ready to help! Our first call is a discovery call where we will learn more about your business and your needs to work on building a customized plan for you.
Step 2: Proposal
Once we gather some information, we’ll build a customized proposal based on your goals and needs. From here, we can decide on what is the most important to you and when you want to get started. Implementation can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks.
Step 3: Program Launch
We are ready to rock and roll! One of our managers will be on site overseeing the program launch from beginning to end, building internal processes and procedures, and making sure things kick off without a hitch. You will have a direct point of contact at all times and can add or decrease services provided at any time.
Step 4: Improve Wellness
We believe in giving you your time back to focus on what you specialize in and let us manage your wellness and fitness programs. We take on all of the staff management, hiring, liability, and program development. You will have monthly check in calls with your program manager discussing results through pre-planned reporting and assisting with marketing support.
