Why did you start working with Klasik Fit?
I was losing upper body strength and wanted to regain strength in a way that I didn’t risk injuring myself. I had never worked with a personal trainer, but thought it would be a good idea for me at this point in my life.
What would you tell someone that is thinking about working with Klasik Fit?
My experience has been absolutely wonderful. Sara listens and adjusts based on my body and my goals. I always look forward to our session knowing I’m going to get a great workout, have fun and improve my technique. I normally don’t equate fun with a tough workout, but Sara somehow makes it fun. And of course, the real upside is that I am feeling and seeing the results I wanted. If you’ve been thinking about using a personal trainer, stop thinking about it and DO IT!
