Why did you start working with Klasik Fit?
We’ve tried everything to try to stay healthy- group fitness classes, gym memberships, on-demand videos etc. Going to the gym in the morning is impossible with small kids, going after work takes away from already limited and valuable family time and doing videos online did not do anything to account for Mark’s back problems. We were in really bad shape when Covid came and things went from bad to worse. Our stress levels went through the roof and we were struggling to keep up mentally and physically. We were desperate and decided to try one last time and that’s when we found KlasikFit.

Who’s your trainer?
Currently, our trainer is Rachel but we have worked with Jerry as well

What would you tell someone that is thinking about working with Klasik Fit?
My husband, Mark, and I have two very active little girls and successful and demanding careers. Mark also has serious back problems and it’s important for him to keep his core strong to alleviate pain. Within one week of reaching out to them, Jerry was at our house for our first session. Mark & I agreed that we would stick with it for 6 months and see how we felt. Well… it’s been almost a year and I cannot imagine our lives without this amazing team! I cannot stress how much I was *not* a morning person but it’s amazing what you can do when you have the right support and motivation! Mark & I have also come to love spending our mornings together and (once we get past the early alarms) really have fun working out together! I can’t wait to see what changes the next year brings!
