Growing up in a small town in Georgia, Chevyne always had a natural curiosity about people, creativity, and the world around her. As an adopted child, she grew up with a unique perspective on identity and the importance of finding your own path. She has always been drawn to helping others, creating connections, and finding beauty in the things that make each person different.
After high school, Chevyne found herself at 185 pounds and feeling disconnected from her body and her confidence. So, she decided to step into the gym and begin her own fitness journey. What started as a personal goal quickly became something much bigger. Through learning how to train, move, and challenge herself, she discovered how powerful fitness can be.. not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. That experience inspired Chevyne to become a Certified Personal Trainer and turn her passion for fitness into a career centered around helping others. She believes that fitness should be about much more than appearance or numbers on a scale. Her goal is to help her clients feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in their own bodies while creating a fitness routine that actually fits into their lives.
Outside of fitness, Chevyne has a deep love for art, the beach, and spending time in nature. After moving from Georgia to Florida three years ago, she fell in love with the outdoors and the active lifestyle that comes with living near the water. She brings that same sense of curiosity and creativity into her training, believing that movement should feel empowering, enjoyable, and personal.
Whether you’re completely new to fitness, getting back into exercise, or simply looking for someone to help you feel more confident in your body, Chevyne is passionate about meeting you where you are. She wants every client to leave a session feeling a little stronger, a little more confident, and proud of what their body is capable of.
