Aleina, a Brooklyn native who moved to New Jersey during her sophomore year of college, has been actively involved in sports and dance from a young age. She graduated from Felician University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Science & Arts, majoring in criminal justice with a psychology minor, and also earned a Forensic certification. After an injury halted her sports activities in college, she remained connected to the fitness world by working out solo and later with a Personal Trainer in 2019, inspiring her to become a certified trainer herself through ISSA. Now, with clients ranging from 16 to 65 years old, Aleina enjoys sharing the experience and ensuring her clients have fun during their workouts.

Alex, a professional dancer and Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, champions the transformative power of strength training not only for injury prevention in dance but also for enhancing daily life. She believes fitness fosters a deep connection between the mind, body, and soul, extending beyond the gym to elevate overall life quality. Valuing the client-trainer relationship, Alex commits to authenticity, empowering her clients with knowledge and confidence in any workout environment. Understanding fitness as a unique journey, she focuses on guiding clients to develop sustainable habits for lifelong well-being.

From Plainfield, NJ, and now in North Brunswick, JaNay shifted from a corporate career to fitness after discovering her passion post-pregnancy. She evolved from a gym newbie to a Group Fitness instructor, eventually leaving her corporate role to focus on fitness full-time. As an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in women’s fitness, she owns her fitness business with certifications in various disciplines. JaNay’s approach prioritizes fun and motivation, offering more than just training sessions but memorable fitness experiences under the motto: Rule #1 HAVE FUN!

Jenna has over 10 years in the Health and Fitness Industry. In 2013, she graduated from St. Peter’s University with her Bachelors of Science in Biology and, from there, continued to pursue certifications in Strength & Fitness, Pre/Post Natal, Trigger Points, FMS 1&2, and Nutrition.  Jenna did all of this while pursuing her career as a Professional Boxer! As a professional athlete, she loves to share her passions with her clients, no matter where they may be on their fitness journey.

Rob, who has long been enthusiastic about fitness, turned his passion into a career after overcoming personal challenges, including battling depression and gaining 50 pounds during a tumultuous period of college transfers and major changes. Motivated by a New Year’s resolution in 2016, he revamped his diet and committed to a rigorous six-day-a-week training regimen, successfully shedding the weight by June 2017 to achieve his ideal physique. Transitioning from a career in sports media, Rob now dedicates himself to guiding others through their fitness journeys, emphasizing the discipline and life-changing benefits that come from a fitness transformation.
