Colin has been playing baseball for his entire life and has always enjoyed the gym with the competitive, yet always supportive, atmosphere of strength training in a team setting. That’s where his love for exercise science sprouted and it grew, once he finally had had enough of his constant shoulder injuries, because he wanted to know the how and the why behind injury and performance. Diving deep into kinesiology and biomechanics, Colin began his coaching career on the premise of educating others about their body through fitness, determined to do more for them than his coaches had done for him.
Colin has been so lucky that training has allowed him to travel the country as a baseball coach, creating amazing experiences. And now, as he steps away from the field, he’s ready to bring his expertise to more than baseball players. He’s ready to help you understand the why behind your body and lift you up on your fitness journey!
