GET TO KNOW YOUR TRAINER

Hannah grew up as an athlete and has been active her whole life. Her parents put her in every sport imaginable the second she could walk. She continued her athletic career through college where she found a passion and drive for helping people and pushing them to be the best version of themselves. Hannah continued her passion for helping others by attending law school after college. Throughout her time in school, she found comfort in the chaos by going to the gym and moving her body. Her love for the gym and the positivity it brought to her life led her to take the steps to becoming a personal trainer. She has been in the coaching space for several years and understands the importance of fitness and the impact taking an hour to yourself can do for anyone.
She believes that everyone should have access to someone who can help them become a better version of themselves, whether you are just starting out in your journey or have a hectic professional life. Her goal is to bring motivation and enthusiasm to every training session and provide a positive space for each client to feel seen and exceed the goals they have set for themselves. No matter where you are at in your fitness journey, Hannah will be there every step of the way to provide guidance and support to better yourself in all areas!

" Never let the fear of striking out, keep you from playing the game. "
