Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Katie is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach based in Jersey City, NJ. Staying active and playing sports were always a big part of her life growing up, which sparked a passion for building confidence, and a positive relationship with fitness. After joining a CrossFit gym and experiencing the power of a supportive community, she knew she wanted to create that same experience for others by helping clients reach their goals in a way that feels both challenging and sustainable.
Katie specializes in working with clients who want to feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their health without extreme restrictions or burnout. She understands firsthand how challenging it can be to balance demanding schedules with fitness and nutrition, and she’s committed to helping clients build realistic habits they can stick with long-term.
Her coaching style focuses on progress over perfection, whether that means building strength in the gym, improving daily habits, or simply creating more consistency week to week.
