Sports have been part of Kirstin’s life for as long as she can remember. Growing up around athletics is where she first fell in love with movement, competition, and what it feels like to push past what you thought you could do. That love turned into a career, and now Kirstin gets to do for others what sports once did for her.
Kirstin’s style is simple: encouraging, patient, and built around you. She’s not here to make you feel behind, she’s here to meet you exactly where you are and help you get stronger, one honest rep at a time. Whether you’re brand new to strength training or chasing a specific goal, you’ll build a plan together that fits your life, not the other way around.
Outside the gym, you’ll usually find Kirstin at a sporting event, out on the golf course, or hosting friends for a good meal and better conversation. She’s a sucker for a comedy or a play when she’s in NYC, and she genuinely loves the moments that have nothing to do with fitness; because that balance is part of what makes the hard work sustainable.
Every year, for as long as she’s able, Kirstin competes in something in honor of my niece, to help raise awareness for Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. It’s a reminder to her of why showing up matters, for the people we love and for ourselves. That’s the energy Kirstin brings into every session: showing up, fully, for something bigger than the workout.
Come train with Kirstin. Get strong, together.
