Favorite way to get moving: A mix of strength and mobility work. As someone on the extreme end of hypermobility, I’ve learned to train for stability first—prioritizing controlled, isolated work within my internal range, then progressing into integrated functional movements. I balance it with HIIT and incorporate myofascial stretching and ELDOA to support joint stability and mobility.
Favorite workout music: Trip hop, alternative rock, e.g. the XX, Bjork
Guilty Pleasure: Sauna, but I’m not guilty at all : )

GET TO KNOW YOUR TRAINER

Maggie is a holistic personal trainer specializing in postural alignment and corrective
movement—helping her clients restore balance, improve function, and build long-term strength.

Before entering the health space, she spent years as a marketing executive in traditional finance and crypto. That experience shaped how Maggie coaches today: thinking in systems, identifying root causes, and building structured, sustainable strategies instead of relying on quick fixes.

We don’t need more fragmented, endless advice from social media—you need a clear, accessible way to rebuild. She approaches the body as an interconnected system, where posture, movement, stress, sleep, and nutrition all influence one another. “You’re only as strong as your weakest link” is a principle Maggie deeply resonates with—especially through her experience with hypermobility. After years of injuries from Muay Thai and snowboarding, she shifted her focus toward functional movement, muscle balance, and postural alignment. Maggie believes true strength starts with building a solid foundation—one that supports sustainable, long-term progress.

Originally from Hong Kong, she’ll always be a big-city girl at heart. And her favorite way to decompress? Sauna—Maggie has tried almost every spot in NYC! A traveler since a young age, she’s been to 28 countries and counting.

Based on the Upper West Side in NYC, Maggie works with high-performing, busy individuals—often with high stress tolerance—guiding them to build strength without injury, move better, reduce pain, and regulate stress.
