Training with a Friend has Never been More Customized

The only thing you share is session time.  We fully customize your workouts to be EXACTLY what each of you need INDIVIDUALLY.  We have three core couples training membership levels. You choose the number of times you’d like to work out with a trainer per week in addition to your preferred payment plan, and we’ll handle the rest.

How It Works

Step 1: Schedule your “Get to Know You” Call

All parties should be on this call so whoever your #workoutbuddy is, let’s talk together.  Choosing a Meet with our owner, Lauren, who will not only get to know you, but recommend the best program for your goals.

Step 2: Fill Out Onboarding Paperwork

Once your “get to know you” call is scheduled, you will receive a google calendar event with the google meets link so we can meet “face-to-face”.  BOTH people that will be in the sessions must fill out individually.

The on boarding paperwork will help us uncover details about you to match you with the Klasik Fit coach that fits effortlessly into your life to get you the results you deserve.

We will take lifestyle, health habits, fitness goals, schedule and more into consideration.

Step 3: Workout

Meet one of our top coaches and complete your introductory session. During the first session we will complete a physical assessment and functional movement screening (come ready to sweat!), a short workout, and your first 6-week game plan (our recommendation).  Even though there are two of you in the same session, you will both get individualized evaluations, goals, etc.  The only thing you share is time and fun.

What do you need to prepare?  Just your favorite workout outfit and your water bottle. That’s it!  We will take it from there.
