Why did you start working with Klasik Fit?
After trying many other mental and physical health steps and never getting the results I wanted, I decided exercising is finally what I might need to make everything fit together.
What would you tell someone that is thinking about working with Klasik Fit?
In-Home personal training is so helpful. I can ask questions and really learn how I should be doing exercises. Sara coming over is a fixed time in my life that I can’t procrastinate – I struggle with being consistent and dreading exercises, but I have not missed a session with Sara.
She’s able to coach and push me further that I would think, while still keeping me within safe margins. I can trust her to know when I can safely go for “one more” and it’s really helpful. She builds the routine and keeps track of my progress and, as I keep getting better, she has new variants and/or exercises to swap out, keeping me engaged and on a smart path forward.
