" I love how personalized the training sessions are. Rob Rose, our trainer, really takes the time to understand what areas I need to work on and finds the right fitness plan that is tailored to the clients needs at our own pace. I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to get through an hour workout because I’d feel sick from my heart rate going up too fast but he really focused on making sure the pace was just right for me…I saw I could do more and didn’t feel sick - that gave me more confidence to push myself.
