Finding this has been a lifesaver for my elderly parents. Virginia has been working with my mom and dad for the past several months, and the difference is night and day in how well they can move and how much longer they can walk. My dad who is in his 80s is a terrible student but Virginia’s patience and dedication has kept him on track and better his balance. And she’s even helped my mom like exercise. I can’t recommend Virginia and Klasik Fit enough.
