Becca grew up in New Braunfels, Texas, where the Comal River was her playground and movement was simply part of everyday life. Whether she was racing to keep up with her dad and brother on ski trips or chasing them on a bike, she developed an early love for challenge, endurance, and the outdoors.
She went on to study neuroscience and geography in college at The University of Texas at Austin, where she was also a collegiate rower. She later worked in environmental consulting before choosing to step away from her career to raise her two boys. Throughout those years, fitness remained a constant. Becca spent over two decades competing in triathlons before shifting her focus to cycling, and she now spends most of her time mountain biking and strength training.
With more than 10 years of combined experience teaching group fitness and small group personal training, Becca brings both depth and relatability to her work. Her approach is grounded in real-life experience and combines a lifelong love of movement with an understanding of how to build strength, confidence, and resilience at every stage of life.
As a breast cancer survivor, Becca also understands firsthand that fitness is not always about pushing harder. Training through treatment showed her the value of recovery, patience, and listening to the body, while still honoring the desire to feel strong and capable. She brings that balanced approach to her clients, helping them build confidence, resilience, and lasting strength.
