Brian is a native of Austin, Texas, and has been training for 10 years. What got him into helping others was a long-time struggle with his own weight and self-image. When he started his fitness journey, he injured his shoulder, and while recovering for three months, he began studying human movement and proper form. What he learned was to ditch the ego and focus on quality movement, and he loves helping people do just that. Outside of training, he is an outdoor enthusiast—paddleboarding is his favorite activity—and a cinephile who loves going to the movies. He always makes time for a good concert and enjoys continuing his education and learning new things he hadn’t previously known.
