Favorite way to get moving: A cross between weightlifting and being out in nature for cardio!
Favorite workout music: I pick music based on the intensity of my workouts, but I listen to a wide variety of genres!

Candice is originally from Illinois and earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Lewis University. She then obtained her graduate degree in Health Science with a concentration in Sports Performance from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.

Throughout her life, Candice has maintained an active lifestyle, participating in various physical activities such as dance, softball, court volleyball, competitive cheerleading, and kickboxing. Upon relocating to Florida, she expanded her fitness pursuits to include sand volleyball, CrossFit, Strong Woman, and stand-up paddleboarding. While Candice has appreciated the diversity in her fitness journey, she has developed a particular passion for strength training and outdoor activities in the sunshine.

Candice is committed to fostering physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. She believes that nurturing all aspects of oneself forms the foundation for a life characterized by joy, longevity, hope, happiness, and peace, despite the challenges that may arise. It is important to acknowledge that, while Candice may not have all the answers to life— as none of us do— she recognizes that individuals come from diverse backgrounds, and that positive growth is possible in all areas of life. She is frequently seen with a bright, warm smile, accompanied by a sense of humor. Should you find yourself in need of culinary inspiration, Candice is always eager to share new recipes, as she is dedicated to exploring creative ways to make healthier meals both nutritious and delicious.
