Favorite way to get moving: A beach walk—but anywhere in nature and sunlight makes me feel energized! I also love hot yoga as an active recovery workout. The combination of flowing movement, breathwork, and an amazing sweat session gives me all the endorphins I need to feel great.
Favorite workout music: Definitely a wide range of genres, but anything upbeat! 2000s hits are always fun, and lately, EDM/House remixes have been fueling my workouts. Love to listen to an audiobook or podcast on walks as well!
Guilty Pleasure: Dessert foods! Lately, my guilty pleasure has been homemade ice cream—sweetened with raw honey.

Gabrielle is a passionate and knowledgeable Personal Trainer with a deep understanding of the human body. Holding a B.S. in Biology and Education from St. Joseph’s College in NY, she combines science-backed knowledge with a true love for fitness – making her uniquely equipped to help clients reach their health goals. Originally from Long Island, New York, Gabrielle now lives in sunny Clearwater, Florida! She is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer & Wellness Coach, as well as a Certified Yoga Instructor.

Taking a whole-body & holistic approach to wellness, Gabrielle blends her fitness training with expertise in hormone balance, gut health, and habit implementation. Embracing bio-individuality, she tailors each program to her clients’ unique needs. With her experience in education, Gabrielle understands that everyone achieves goals differently, ensuring a personalized approach that leads to lasting change.

When she’s not working with clients, Gabrielle loves staying active—whether at the gym, on a nature walk, or exploring Florida’s beaches. She enjoys collecting shells, catching sunsets, paddleboarding, and is currently learning to surf! She’s always up for a new adventure and has even gone skydiving.

A self-proclaimed foodie, Gabrielle enjoys creating healthy, whole-food recipes—especially nutritious desserts. She believes in creating habits that are sustainable, teaching her clients how to do this too. In working with Gabrielle, you’ll find that fitness goals are met by finding balance—not restriction—so you can enjoy life to the fullest.
