Hilda has always had a passion for staying active, beginning her journey as a runner before dedicating more than a decade to training in the gym. Over time, fitness became much more than exercise—it was her way to manage anxiety, stay grounded through challenges at work, and find strength as a single mom.
That transformation inspired her to go deeper. She became a certified life coach, and later, a certified personal trainer, combining her expertise in mindset with her love for movement. Hilda knows firsthand how powerful fitness can be in creating lasting change, and she brings both her professional knowledge and her personal journey to every client she supports.
