Jenny is a disciplined and passionate fitness coach and former corporate 9-5er who grew up playing multiple sports and now competes in National Bodybuilding shows in her free time. During her undergrad, Jenny gained valuable experience as a small group trainer and group exercise instructor. After graduating, Jenny became a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Science (NASM).
Jenny’s goal is to empower others to feel confident in their skin and form a positive relationship towards nutrition and exercise. Whether you are a seasoned athlete, a sedentary worker looking to take your fitness to the next level, or maybe just want to learn the foundations of basic exercise form, she is the coach for you! Teaching others how to improve self-discipline, happiness, and balance is Jenny’s main priority.
