Julie grew up in Washington, D.C., and moved to Tampa in 2023. As a child, Julie had a strong passion for singing and was anything but athletic. It wasn’t until college that Julie discovered the gym as a powerful outlet for stress and life’s challenges. Originally studying Journalism at Virginia Commonwealth University, Julie realized she wanted to help people on a deeper level. She is now pursuing a degree in Counseling at Hillsborough College. Her ultimate goal is to become a clinical therapist.

Julie believes that fitness and mental health go hand in hand. Moving the body is one of the best ways to build resilience and confidence in life’s unpredictable moments. Julie specializes in strength training and weight loss, as well as wellness/lifestyle coaching. She enjoys helping people of all fitness levels feel confident and capable in the gym!
