Maggie’s journey in fitness began as a professional athlete, competing on her national team for 14 years and representing her country at two Olympic Games. Those experiences shaped her discipline, resilience, and deep love for movement.
While competing, she earned her Master’s degree in Sports Biomechanics, studying how movement impacts both performance and overall health. Along the way, she coached teammates and private clients, guiding them through training and transformation. Her own journey, losing 60 pounds, helps her connect with clients on a personal level, because she knows what it’s like to start fresh and work toward big goals.
Now, as a Certified Personal Trainer, Maggie blends science, athletic experience, and passion to create supportive and empowering training. Her mission is to help every client feel stronger, more confident, and motivated – whether they’re beginners, athletes, or simply looking to feel their best in daily life.
