Ken trains people because movement changed his life. He wasn’t the most gifted athlete growing up. He had to learn how to move—how to sprint, jump, decelerate, strike, balance, and coordinate his body efficiently. Because of that, he learned how to break complex movements down into simple, repeatable pieces. That process is what made him a great coach.
Today, Ken is a professional futsal player for the U.S. National Team, and his training reflects what actually works in high-level sport and real life—not trends. His approach is kettlebell-focused, functional, minimalistic, and tactical. Every session is designed to train the entire body as one system—strength, power, endurance, mobility, coordination, and mental clarity. They don’t waste time on fluff. They train movements that matter.
Ken specializes in human movement:
- Sprinting, throwing, jumping, and landing
- Rotational strength
- Balance, footwork, and coordination
- Combat sports specific and tactical movements
Training with him isn’t just about getting stronger—it’s about moving with confidence, control, and purpose. Ken’s clients learn why they are doing what they are doing, how to move better under pressure, and how to carry that clarity outside the gym.
Simple. Effective. Full-body. Mind included.
