Kyle grew up in the piney woods of deep East Texas, where football, powerlifting, and a fascination with human performance took hold early. That curiosity led him to study Biomedical Engineering, giving him a strong foundation in metabolism, anatomy, biomechanics, and the science behind how the body adapts and grows stronger.
After his time in college, Kyle moved to Florida and built a career in the culinary world. Over the next eighteen years, he worked as a chef in country clubs, large hotels, five‑star restaurants, and artisan bakeries. The work was demanding and fast‑paced, sharpening his discipline, creativity, and ability to stay calm under pressure. It also gave him a firsthand understanding of how stress, long hours, and physical strain affect the body.
Throughout all of it, fitness remained a constant thread in Kyle’s life… but it was his wife, a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, who ultimately helped him see that his passion for movement and human performance could become more than a personal interest. Her influence, guidance, and belief in his potential played a major role in his decision to transition from the kitchen to coaching. Together, they’ve spent years learning, experimenting, and refining their approach to helping people move better and feel stronger.
Kyle’s coaching style is grounded in science and shaped by real‑world experience. He believes progress should feel personal, sustainable, and free from the pressure often found in traditional gym environments. That’s why he loves in‑home and virtual training—spaces where people can breathe, ask questions, and move without judgment.
If you’re looking for a coach who blends scientific insight with lived experience—and who brings the same grounded, supportive energy he brings to his own family—Kyle is here to help you build strength, confidence, and a healthier life that fits who you are.
