Liz grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania, where she was involved in community sports leagues, club soccer, and both club and school field hockey. With a chef for a father, she was always surrounded by great food, which sparked an early appreciation for cooking and nutrition. This passion led her to study Nutrition and Wellness at the University of New Hampshire.
Shortly after graduating, Liz had the opportunity to teach fitness classes to the 65+ community at the clinic where she worked. Seeing the positive impact movement had on their strength, confidence, and quality of life ignited her passion for fitness training. Liz has now been training for over four years and loves working with people of all ages and fitness levels. She is especially passionate about helping individuals build confidence in movement and feel supported throughout their fitness journey.
Liz believes physical health is deeply connected to overall well-being and finds joy in helping others experience that connection firsthand. Whether you’re brand new to exercise or looking for a fresh perspective on your routine, Liz brings energy and encouragement to every session helping you focus on becoming the best version of yourself!
