Marian is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and has been living in the Austin, Texas area for the past few years. Her passion for fitness began through her own major weight loss journey, which sparked a desire to help others transform their health and confidence in the same way.
After becoming a personal trainer, Marian went on to help many clients reach their health and fitness goals. Shortly thereafter, she discovered her love for Pilates and became a Pilates instructor. Through working closely with her clients, she found that combining traditional and functional strength training with Pilates creates a well-rounded approach that helps people build strength more efficiently and sustainably.
Marian enjoys working with clients at home, as she has found that home-based training is also what helps her stay the most consistent with her own fitness journey. She believes this approach makes fitness more accessible, realistic, and achievable for everyone.
When she’s not working out, Marian enjoys spending time at the theater with her daughter, being with her family, going on travel adventures, and creating healthier versions of her favorite recipes in the kitchen.
