Since then, Melissa has worked in a variety of settings, from one on one training to small group sessions, managing busy studios in Manhattan, and coaching clients of all backgrounds. She has trained beginners who have never picked up a weight before, brides preparing for their big day, and more advanced clients looking to improve their performance and mobility.
