Taryn is a certified personal trainer, writer, and wellness educator—but more than that, she’s someone who understands what it’s like to rebuild your relationship with your body from the inside out.

Her own journey with weight loss wasn’t linear or quick. Taryn spent years feeling frustrated, disconnected from her body, and stuck in cycles of starting over. She didn’t come to fitness chasing perfection—she came to it seeking peace. What ultimately created lasting change wasn’t extreme dieting or overtraining, but the combination of strength training and intentional mindset shifts. Learning how to train with her body instead of against it helped Taryn lose over 60 pounds, regulate her hormones, manage stress and anxiety, and build a routine that was both empowering and sustainable. That experience completely shaped how she trains—and how she coaches.

In the gym, Taryn’s approach is intentional, strength-focused, and sustainable. She prioritizes proper form, progressive overload, and building real confidence—especially for women who want to feel strong, toned, and at home in their bodies without burning themselves out. Taryn believes consistency beats intensity, and that showing up imperfectly is still showing up–and that is always worth celebrating.

Outside of the gym, she’s a writer and a visionary. Her faith is an important part of who she is, and she believes true wellness begins with alignment—mind, body, and spirit. Taryn cares deeply about mindset, boundaries, and helping people step into the highest version of themselves—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. She believes fitness should support your life, not consume it, and that everyone deserves access to tools and proper support that honor their individual journey.

When you train with Taryn, you can expect encouragement without pressure, structure without rigidity, and a coach who genuinely sees you. Sge’ll challenge you, educate you, and remind you of what you’re capable of—especially on the days you forget.
