Fitness has never just been a job for Tina—it’s been a lifelong passion rooted in helping people feel stronger, more confident, and capable in their everyday lives. With over 30 years of experience in strength and conditioning, group fitness, and athletic development, Tina has had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, abilities, and goals—from young athletes to special populations and everything in between.
What drives her most is connection. Tina believes training should be personal, purposeful, and empowering. Whether she’s working with a high school athlete preparing for their season, a client rebuilding strength, or someone just starting their fitness journey, her goal is always the same: to meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.
Outside of the gym, Tina is someone who values energy, positivity, and balance. She brings that same mindset into every session—creating an environment that’s motivating, supportive, and yes, even fun. Tina believes in pushing limits, but also in listening to your body, building trust, and celebrating progress along the way.
Tina’s training style combines smart programming, proper technique, and a strong emphasis on injury prevention. She focuses on building strength, improving movement, and developing the kind of athleticism that carries over into real life and sport. But just as important, Tina helps her clients build mental toughness, consistency, and belief in themselves.
At the end of the day, this is about more than workouts—it’s about helping you become your strongest self, both physically and mentally. And Tina is here to guide you every step of the way.
