Angelina had two goals as a kid: to not be called cute all the time, and to “get jacked”. She didn’t start lifting until college using a professional bodybuilder’s 6-day a week program–admittedly, doing way too much, way too fast. As a former soccer player, she quickly realized she never came close to loving soccer as much as she did weightlifting.
While proud of the progress she had made, Angelina began to recognize she was not properly protecting her joints or prioritizing functionality over having the heaviest lift and most clean-cut muscle definition. That shift sparked her passion for personal training and furthering her education to help both herself and others approach fitness in a sustainable, balanced way.
She believes everyone has a form of movement they love or even can learn to love. While discipline and consistency are so important on a fitness journey, those words often come with the thought of forcing yourself to do things. Her goal is to help you find movement that you truly enjoy being disciplined and consistent with. Not everyone wants to “get jacked” and that’s okay. Your fitness is for you, and it can do wonders for every aspect of your health.
