Ellen and her wife train daily with an athletic, performance-driven edge, bringing intensity, purpose, and structure into every session. As a certified personal trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Sports Management, she pairs that style with a well-rounded approach that emphasizes mindset, consistency, and long-term habit building.
In addition to their daily training, Ellen and her wife compete in HYROX events and are currently expanding into half marathons and running races, giving her firsthand experience in both strength and endurance-based performance training.
Ellen focuses on helping her clients build sustainable routines, improve overall performance, and feel confident in their abilities, both in workouts and beyond. She brings a balance of competitive energy and a friendly, supportive coaching style—creating an environment where her clients are challenged, motivated, and excited to keep progressing.
