Zoe Grant is a personal trainer and high school science teacher with a strong foundation in biology and chemistry. She holds an undergraduate degree in Biological Science and a Master’s degree in Chemistry, bringing a unique, science-driven perspective to fitness and performance.

With several years of classroom experience, Zoe specializes in breaking complex concepts into clear, practical steps. She applies the same approach to her training style, helping clients understand how their bodies work, why specific exercises matter, and how to build sustainable habits that lead to real results.

Zoe also has experience working with neurodiverse individuals and is deeply passionate about making fitness more accessible and inclusive. She strives to create a supportive, adaptable training environment where all clients feel comfortable, understood, and empowered, regardless of their starting point or learning style.

With a background in competitive bodybuilding (bikini division), Zoe brings firsthand experience in strength training, physique development, and body recomposition. She is especially passionate about helping clients build confidence, improve overall wellness, and create realistic routines that fit their lifestyle.
