With over 10 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, Lains has dedicated his life to helping people discover their full potential through movement, discipline, and purpose. As a graduate of Florida Atlantic University’s Exercise Science and Health Promotion program, he has worked with a diverse range of clients—from tactical professionals preparing for duty to seniors rebuilding strength and confidence.
His philosophy is rooted in function, longevity, and adaptability. Whether someone is overcoming injury, managing a chronic condition, or chasing a new personal record, he creates individualized programs that fit their lifestyle, not the other way around. Training with him means consistency, accountability, and a commitment to progress—both physically and mentally.
Outside the gym, he’s a dog dad, creative thinker, and lifelong learner who believes that the same discipline applied in training can shape every aspect of life. His goal is to help others move better, feel stronger, and live with purpose.
