For Manika, fitness has always been more than just exercise. It’s about confidence, discipline, and balance. Her own weight loss journey, paired with her lifelong love of basketball, sparked a passion for training that continues to drive her today.
Manika is dedicated to helping clients push past their limits with workouts that are approachable, effective, and fun. She believes in meeting people exactly where they are, building them up with encouragement, and helping them grow stronger both physically and mentally. With specializations in strength training, weight management, and beginner clients, she creates supportive programs that make fitness feel achievable for anyone.
Outside the gym, Manika enjoys writing, playing basketball, and taking long walks. She’s just as happy relaxing with a good TV show, video games, or a batch of cookies as she is moving to her favorite workout playlist, usually a mix of high-energy pop and R&B.
