Mekaela has lost over 100lbs twice now! She didn’t become a fitness person until she started teaching yoga, which led to group fitness and then personal training. Mekaela has a livelong passion for helping others and personal training is her way of combining her passion for people and fitness.
When she’s not training, you’ll find Mekaela outdoors kayaking, camping, or doing historical events with friends!
Mekaela’s training style is highly encouraging and she will be your biggest cheerleader! She’s all about celebrating your wins, big or small, and keeping you consistent to make real progress on your fitness journey.
