Favorite way to get moving: I will always start with dynamic work to begin elevating my heart rate and getting my muscles ready for their required work and load. This usually begins with bodyweight movements and depending on my workout may transition into warm up sets. I love weight lifting to strength train and I am also a long distance runner!
Favorite workout music: This is a tough one, because I actually love to lift with no music... not the norm, I know! However when I run, I need something with a little feeling to it (sometimes what specific emotion I'm going for varies).
Guilty Pleasure: I can get so lost in a good audiobook or podcast. I tend to trend towards educational material especially when I am completing chores around the house, but I also love historical fiction, thrillers, and a good rom com!

GET TO KNOW YOUR TRAINER

Rachel grew up in Bucks County, PA and only left the area while attending the University of South Carolina for college. While there, she played club volleyball and experienced a tough knee injury that completely shifted how she viewed training. It inspired her to dive into injury prevention and strength work with a new level of focus.

For Rachel, fitness has never just been about exercise. It’s about building confidence, resilience, and finding joy in movement. She loves blending strength training and endurance work to create programs that feel approachable and balanced, meeting people exactly where they are while still pushing them toward their goals.

Whether someone is lifting their very first weight, training for a race, or simply looking to feel stronger in daily life, Rachel brings smart programming, clear coaching, and plenty of encouragement every step of the way.

Outside the gym, you’ll usually find her with a good audiobook, out on a long run, or spending time with family and friends. Her goal is simple: to help every client feel strong, capable, and proud of what their body can do, and to make the process something they actually look forward to.

" I get to, because my body works with me. "

Rachel's clients think she’s pretty great.
