Victoria grew up all around the world as the child of an Army doctor. She’s seen how lifestyle impacts health, and she believes in helping America change how we live to be healthier and lead to functional movement and vitality into our old age.
Her perspective on functional fitness wildly changed when she had her first baby via c-section. Fitness during pregnancy and post partum posed new challenges she had never faced before, but she learned that women are so resilient. Moms have so much on their plate, helping them rebuild to a better version of themselves so they can be the mom they imagined has become a priority.
