Sara grew up in Orlando, FL with a whole family of health and fitness influences around her. With nurses, personal trainers, triathlon enthusiasts, collegiate athletes and more, it was only a matter of time before she would become enthralled in the beauty of how the human body moves.
During her time studying Exercise Science at the University of Florida, her grandfather’s Parkinson’s Disease had started to come on strong. Coming home every weekend to help care for him, she started to see the magic of physical therapy slowing his symptoms and allowing them to have more time together. From then on, she knew she wanted to help educate anyone and everyone on the immense benefits of maintaining movement and holistic wellbeing.
Working with research teams, elementary schools, physical therapy clinics, basketball teams, the Center for Independent Living and loads more; personal training and volunteering within her community are the avenues she has found to best help others understand the connections of their bodies and minds to the quality of their entire lives.
Sara is so excited to jam out to your favorite music and have fun on your journey to the best YOU there can be!
