Addie grew up a competitive gymnast, which created a strong love for strength training and discovering what her body is capable of. After 15 years in the sport, she had to step away due to injury. During her recovery, she worked closely with trainers to get back to living pain-free in her everyday life. Through that experience, she realized how much support, guidance, and motivation can impact recovery, and it inspired her to want to help others in the same way.
She went on to earn a master’s degree in Kinesiology, combining her education with her athletic and coaching background. Addie enjoys working with beginners and individuals at all fitness levels, whether they are building strength, returning from injury, or simply looking to feel better in their daily movement. Her approach focuses on meeting clients where they are and creating realistic programs that fit into a busy life.
After leaving competitive gymnastics, Addie had to find new ways to incorporate movement into her own routine. That experience allows her to better understand clients navigating lifestyle changes, busy schedules, or uncertainty around exercise. Through virtual training, she now works with clients across the U.S., helping create a supportive and comfortable environment where movement feels approachable and empowering.
Addie is passionate about helping you build confidence in your body, and discover what you’re capable of!
